Lemon Balm - Cooling
Skullcap - Cooling
Chamomile - Cooling
Lavender - Cooling
Holy Basil (Tulsi) - Warming/Neutral
Directions for the perfect cup of tea
For the perfect light tea with gentle flavor and benefits.
- Amount: 1-3 teaspoons
- Time to brew: Steep for 5–15 minutes.
For true Herbal Tea and to extract the maximum benefits of your blend's properties:
- Amount: 1 Tablespoon+
- Time to brew: Steep a minimum of 20 minutes up to 1 hour
How often: 2-3 cups a day
Longer steep times will intensify the flavor. If you are feeling froggy, go for an overnight steep 😊
We know it can be challenging to brew a cup of tea multiple times a day, but it is important that you drink enough to notice a difference. To make it easier to consume large amounts a day, brew a hefty batch to keep on hand; will stay fresh in fridge for 3-4 days.
