Rating is 5.0 out of five stars based on 1 review

The perfect companion to keep you warm and healthy during the colder months. A warming blend of Ginger Root, Cinnamon Chips, Schisandra Berry, Echinacea Root, Dandelion Root, Cardamom Pods, and Rose Hips supports the body’s natural ability to expel toxins, especially when winter’s thicker, slower blood makes it harder to cleanse. This powerful blend helps regulate blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and ease nausea, while boosting the immune system to fight off colds and viruses. Rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, it supports respiratory, lymphatic, and digestive functions, helping you stay vibrant and strong all winter long. A warming, immune-boosting tea to keep you feeling your best through the season.

    Warming Love in a Cup

I have been drinking brews and blends of herbal tea for almost four decades, and Winter Guardian tea is one of the very best. Such a fabulous blend of every flavor. Warming, spices, sweet roots and tart schizandra creates a lovely surprise. Thank you Rooted Heart for creating this perfect winter medicine.
